Aim:
Our aim is to find out which sport drink lowers your heart rate faster after riding a exercise bike for five minutes at a constant speed.

Hypothesis:
We predict that sports drinks will lower our heart rate faster than non-sports drinks/standard drinks.

Equipment:
The equipment that we will need in this experiment is:
- Exercise bike
- Stop watch
- Thermometer
- Drinks
- A measuring cup
- Cups

Method:
1) Collect equipment
2) Take a 100ml drink and record your temperature and heart rate for one minute prior to starting the test.
3) Start riding the exercise bike at a constant speed of 15 kilometres an hour.  After three minutes have 100ml of drink and check and record your temperature.
4) Continue to ride for a further two minutes, then stop and have a 100ml drink and check and record your heart rate and temperature.
5) Wait for a further two minutes and record your heart rate and temperature for the final time.
6) Complete steps one to five with other drinks and record your results.
